Why you want this job: To continue to help people and to make playing a better experience to those people that need help and are turned down.
What experience you have: Just a couple of other server staff spots but I've played countless servers and I get what a Successful server needs and what it doesn't.
What you can do to help this server: To Help this server i would be able to take new ideas from the new players to help make sure it is a fun experience for both new players and veterans.
What you have already done to help this server: So far I have helped bring in new players and help them stay with us. It may not seem like much but a server is nothing without players.
Additional Information (optional): Live in the US and am a beast at cod4, Mw2, and BF3. ;D
